It’s that time of year again to find the perfect gift for that special someone. Whether you’re shopping for a fitness enthusiast, a newbie yogi, a foodie, or someone looking to enhance their self-care routine, these suggestions are sure to inspire and uplift your gift-giving game this holiday season. Some of these suggestions are even from small businesses that my friends run. So, in addition to crossing names off your list you will be supporting small businesses in the process. You know I love a win/win! Let’s start shopping!

1. Fitness Tracker:
This may seem boring to some but to a fitness enthusiast like me (and you if you are reading this) it’s something we would definitely appreciate. A fitness tracker is a practical gift for someone who wants to monitor their physical activity, sleep habits, as well as their overall health. With features like step counting, heart rate monitoring, and sleep tracking, these devices provide valuable feedback to help set and attain new health goals in the New Year.
I personally love my Fitbit Inspire pictured here. I’ve been wearing some form of the Fitbit for over a decade now and still love getting reminders to move when I have been sitting at my desk for too long. At the end of the day, I also enjoy seeing I hit my goal of 10,000 steps OR that I didn’t, and I need to get my butt moving.
Another popular choice is the Apple Watch. I don’t have personal experience with the Apple watch but both my boys have one and I haven’t heard any complaints.
Extras to Consider:
3 in 1 Charging Station for multiple Apple devices
11-Pcs Super Bling Watch Charms
2. Yoga Starter Kit:
For that special someone on your list looking to begin their yoga practice this could be the perfect way to get them started. A starter kit could include a yoga mat, blocks, and straps. This kit will help them establish a regular yoga practice, deepen their mind-body connection, and help them relieve stress. Who doesn’t need that?
Norwex Travel Pack (for cleaning your yoga mat with just microfiber and water, no harmful chemicals!) See number 9 for more about Norwex.
3. Massage:
A therapeutic massage can give much needed stress relief to tight, over worked, and tired muscles. Consider gifting a gift certificate to your favorite masseuse, a massage gun, or chair massager for at home use between massage appointments. This gift promotes self-care and relaxation. Sounds amazing to me!
Contact my personal masseuse, Amylynn Walker, for an appointment if you are in the Manchester, NH area. She is amazing. I always leave her appointments feeling like new! That reminds me, I need to schedule my next appointment.
Toloco Deep Tissue Massage Gun I have this one and love it for quick pick me ups when I can’t fit in a massage appointment.
COMFIER Shiatsu Neck Back Massager with Heat (on my own Christmas list). Picture me, sitting in my office chair, writing this blog while getting a heated massage. That’s what I call a nice day in the office!
4. Healthy Cookbook:
Encourage healthy eating habits by gifting a cookbook filled with delicious and nutritious recipes. Gifting a copy of one of your favorites with the pages marked is always a nice touch. Or if your loved one is navigating new health challenges keep your eye out for cookbooks that focus on whole foods, plant-based meals, or one specific to their dietary needs.
You could take it one step further and book a recurring dinner date to make a new recipe together once a month over the next year. This gift will cultivate togetherness and inspire your loved ones to explore new flavors and make healthier choices in the kitchen with the love, support, and company of YOU! Below are some of the cookbooks on my list but there are so many you could choose from.
The Blue Zones Kitchen: 100 Recipes to Live to 100
The Mediterranean Dish: 120 Bold and Healthy Recipes You’ll Make on Repeat: A Mediterranean Cookbook
5. Fitness Class Pass/Gift Certificate:
Surprise your fitness-minded loved one with a class pass to their favorite exercise studio or introduce them to a new fitness class you could experience together. Whether it’s yoga, spinning, aerial silks, or dance classes, this gift allows them to get out of their comfort zone, try something new, and find what they enjoy the most. Try class pass here or dance classes here.
Is your loved one more of a one-on-one kind of person? Gift them with health coaching sessions with yours truly here. My sessions will be personalized to focus on their unique needs.
6. Meditation Subscription:
In today’s world of never-ending distractions, the gift of mindfulness is welcomed and appreciated. Consider gifting a subscription to a meditation app that offers guided meditations in varying lengths. This thoughtful present encourages stress reduction, relaxation, and mental well-being. Another benefit of a gift like this (and many of the ones listed here) is it’s an experience, not a thing. We could all use a little (or a lot) more of that! I recommend Calm. My favorite part is that you can listen to soothing sleep stories read by celebrities. Perfect way to drift off into dreamland!
7. Kitchen Appliances/Cookware:
Is there a foodie on your list who is trying to eat healthy and save by preparing more food at home? Or maybe you’re like me and have older children who are going out into the world and need some kitchen basics? Whatever the case might be, help your loved ones create simple meals that are full of flavor with just the right tools. I recently had a Pampered Chef Party and ordered my very first Dutch oven. I’m so excited to put it to use! I just love their high-quality products and delicious recipes.
Shelley, my Pampered Chef consultant, has been using Pampered Chef products for 27 years and finally decided to blend her love for their amazing cooking products and cleaning eating into a business. She would love to be your consultant for life! If you have a Shelley on your gift giving list, then support a small business and shop her website here. If you have questions don’t hesitate to reach out to her. She knows her stuff!
Ninja Creami
This one falls under kitchen appliances, but I felt it needed a category of its own. This gift is perfect for when you need a sweet treat but don’t want to leave the house. Or you want a healthier version of the ice cream you know and love. That’s when you put your Ninja Creami to work. We bought one of these babies for my oldest for his birthday earlier this month and he has used it every. single. day. since. He blends up his favorite flavors, adds in protein so it’s a healthy, high protein treat, and his favorite mix-ins. So far, banana walnut is his favorite.
His only complaint is that we don’t have enough pints for all the flavor creations he wants to make. So, Ninja Creami Pints are on his Christmas list. I highly suggest adding this to your list or gifting it to someone you love.
8. Norwex
Do you know someone who is looking to clean up their cleaning routine by reducing the amount of chemicals they use in their homes? If so, look no further than Norwex. I have been a consultant since 2015 and will never go back to using chemical cleaners. Norwex Microfiber physically removes up to 99% of bacteria from a surface using only water and can clean everything from floor to ceiling!
For the last 8 years Norwex has made my cleaning routine easy, healthy, and money saving. They are machine washable and stand the test of time. Take a look at what they have to offer here. I recommend the Safe Haven bundle (pictured below) for those just starting out. Questions? I have answers. Don’t hesitate to reach out or read my blogs about Norwex here and here.
9. Active Wear
Everyone loves new clothes, right? Zyia Active has a wide range of high-quality fitness apparel for men, women, and children. My all-time favorite piece from Zyia is the black everywhere pants. They are perfect for dance class, a workout, or a full day of running errands. Every time I wear them, I get compliments and I’m asked where I got them. My husband loves the Men’s Black Track Sport Joggers if your man is in need of new sweats. Shop my friend Patti’s website. More about Patti below.

10. Think Goodness Brand Collective Products
Do you love high quality skincare? Make-up? How about jewelry? Think Goodness has it all! My friend Sheetal is a stay-at-home mom based out of Texas and a Brand Ambassador for Think Goodness. Sheetal’s boutique is a one stop shop for all your personal needs and gifts. You can shop everything from exclusively curated jewelry from Origami Owl, quality clean skincare from Willing Beauty, and make-up from CMYK. With the quality and mission standards of Think Goodness, you can trust that every product will make you look and feel great, from the inside out.
I met Sheetal for the first time during a virtual holiday shopping event and we have stayed connected ever since supporting each other’s business endeavors. During that shopping event I fell in love with the Origami Owl lockets. I created one for my daughter (pictured below). The heart is her birthstone, and she absolutely loves dogs, music, and Harry Potter. Now this particular gift may not fall under the health and wellness umbrella but the look on her face when she opened it was pure joy so it’s worth checking out if you have a jewelry fan on your list!

Whether it’s through mindfulness, physical fitness, healthy eating, or relaxation, these gift ideas will surely bring joy to those who receive them while cultivating a stronger sense of well-being. In my humble opinion, that’s a gift that keeps on giving!
