Exciting News: Small Daily Habits Launches Our First Podcast

I’m thrilled to announce Small Daily Habits will launch our first podcast next Friday, November 1st! This podcast is a project I’ve been thinking about for quite some time, and it’s finally coming together next week. Just like this blog, the podcast will be all about helping you make small, sustainable changes that lead to big, lasting results in your health and everyday life.

What You Can Expect Moving Forward:

Each Friday morning a new episode will drop, and we’ll dive into topics like meal prepping, mindset, fitness, creating simple routines, and balancing life as a busy woman. You’ll get practical tips and actionable advice you can use to take control of your health, one small habit at a time.

This blog will turn into an overview of each episode and will act as the show notes. This is also where you can go to get links I reference on the show and any freebies I offer.

Sneak Peak:

The trailer is already up and ready to listen to. Go to your favorite podcast app and listen today. Then on Friday I will launch with 3 short 15–20-minute episodes. From Multitasking Mom to Empowering Women: My Journey, The Dreaded Daily Question: What’s for Dinner? and finally The Power of Consistency. After the initial launch I will only drop one episode each week but I’m so excited I wanted to give you a few to start off with.
