Real Results from my First 21 Day Reset

Real Results from my First 21 Day Reset

Are you juggling work, family, hormones, and a busy season of life and left wondering if lasting change is even possible?

You’re not alone!

This week on the Small Daily Habits podcast, I sat down with my friend Kerrie King, who shares her powerful and very real journey through the 21-Day Reset. Her story is proof that you don’t need perfection, just progress, consistency, and the willingness to start. Continue reading for her real-life journey or tune in here.

A Familiar Story for So Many Women

Kerrie and I go way back, all the way to our college days as dance majors at Florida State. Fast forward a few decades, and we reconnected when she joined my very first 21-Day Reset.

Like so many women in midlife, Kerrie was juggling all the things:

  • Work and family responsibilities
  • Hormone changes and perimenopause
  • Finances, stress, and the never-ending to-do list

She wanted her energy back. She wanted to feel confident in her body again. But she needed a plan that felt realistic and sustainable. Something she could actually do in her hectic life.

The Start of Her Journey

Before joining the 21-Day Reset, Kerrie dipped her toes in with my 5-Day Cortisol Reset. What caught her attention was how approachable it felt. it was short, affordable, and felt doable.

She noticed changes right away. Within days, her energy improved. That small win gave her the confidence to keep going on her own.

By the time she joined the 21-Day Reset, she was already feeling the difference, the scale had dropped, but more importantly, she was starting to feel like herself again and she wanted more!

The Power of Pairing Strategy with Support

Like many women, Kerrie had tried intermittent fasting before, but she admitted she wasn’t being strategic. Once she joined the program, things started to click.

She began pairing fasting with whole food nutrition, intentional movement, and mindset coaching and that’s when the real transformation began.

“I’ve seen the pounds and inches come off, but more importantly, it feels sustainable and empowering,” Kerrie shared.

“My A1C and cholesterol have both significantly improved since last year. This isn’t just about how I look or feel; it’s about long-term health and longevity.”

Week by Week Progress

Week 1: Learning the Basics

The first week was all about learning and getting familiar with the plan, adjusting to new habits, and realizing that it didn’t have to be perfect. Kerrie found that planning ahead made all the difference and gave her a sense of control.

Week 2: Confidence and Clarity

By week two, things started to make sense. She began to understand the “why” behind each component. How nutrition, workouts, and rest work together to support hormone health and energy.

“Everything makes sense, even if it hasn’t fully connected yet,” she told me.
That’s the magic moment when mindset shifts from “following directions” to owning the process.

Week 3: Real Life Meets Real Results

Week three landed during Halloween, a potluck, her husband’s birthday, and a weekend soccer tournament. All the things that can easily derail progress.
Instead, Kerrie stayed mindful, planned ahead, and gave herself grace.

By the end of the 21 days, she was sleeping better, had more energy, and lost a total of 8.5 inches. 6 being around her middle!

“Life didn’t slow down one bit during the reset,” she said. “But I found ways to work within it, and that’s been the most beneficial part.”

Progress Over Perfection

One of the biggest mindset shifts Kerrie experienced was letting go of the “all or nothing” mentality.

She learned that it’s okay to have a treat, to adjust when life happens, and to focus on progress instead of perfection.

“I never really had a healthy relationship with food,” she said. “Now I make choices that feel good in my body, because I want to, not because I have to.”

That’s what real transformation looks like.

A New Chapter: Beyond the Reset

Kerrie is now continuing her journey in the VIP program, where she’ll keep building on these foundations. The 21-Day Reset helped her restart her metabolism and mindset. Now she’s ready to make these habits a long-term lifestyle.

“If I could give one piece of advice,” she said, “it would be to focus on progress, not perfection. Life will always be busy, but your journey doesn’t have to pause because of that.”

Your Takeaway

Kerrie’s story is a reminder that you don’t need to overhaul your whole life all at once to see results. You just need to start and stay consistent with small daily habits.

Because when you take care of your hormones, your energy, and your mindset, everything else starts to fall into place.

If you’re ready to experience your own reset and finally feel strong, energized, and confident again join me for the next round of the 21-Day Reset starting on Dec 1st.
