This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and what your choices are. We have kept it plain.

1.Who we are

This website, https://smalldailyhabits.com, is operated by Small Daily Habits LLC ("Small Daily Habits", "we", "us"). Small Daily Habits is the coaching business of Christine Miller, based in Lake Worth, Florida.

This policy applies to the website, the "Where do I start?" quiz, discovery call bookings, and the emails and text messages we send. Please read it alongside our Terms and Conditions.

2.Information we collect

We collect information only when you give it to us or when you use the site.

  • The quiz. Your first name, your email address and your quiz result. Your answers are scored on the page in your browser. We keep the result, which is one of six areas such as Nutrition or Recovery. We do not currently store your answer to each question.
  • Booking a call. Your name, email address and phone number, the time you choose, your time zone, and anything you add to the booking.
  • Messages you send us. Emails, text messages and contact form messages, and what you write in them.
  • Coaching clients. What you share in sessions, check ins and forms, such as your goals, habits, training history and any health information you choose to tell us. We also keep a record of what you paid and when.
  • The community. Skool runs the community and collects its own information. Inside Skool we can see your profile name, your posts and your membership status.
  • Basic analytics and cookies. Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and the page that sent you to us. See section 8.

3.Health information

Christine is a coach, not a healthcare provider. Small Daily Habits is not a covered entity under HIPAA. That means the federal health privacy law that applies to doctors, hospitals and insurers does not apply to what you share with us. We still treat it with care, as this policy describes.

This site does not ask for your medical records. The quiz asks about your habits and how you feel. It does not ask for a diagnosis, your medications or test results.

Anything about your health that you choose to share with us is used only to coach you. That applies whether you share it on a call, in a message or as a client. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Section 10 explains how.

4.How we use your information

  • To show you your quiz result and send you information that fits it.
  • To book, confirm, remind you about and hold your calls.
  • To reply to your questions.
  • To deliver coaching and keep track of your progress as a client.
  • To send helpful emails, and occasional offers, which you can stop at any time.
  • To send text messages, only if you opted in. See section 5.
  • To keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
  • To keep the records the law requires, such as tax records.

We do not sell your personal information.

5.SMS, Text Messaging and Mobile Information

What mobile information we collect. Your mobile phone number, the consent choices you made (which boxes you checked, on which form and when), and a history of the texts between us, including delivery status and any STOP or HELP reply.

Why we collect it. To send you the text messages you agreed to receive from Small Daily Habits, to keep a record of your consent, and to honor your opt out. Depending on what you agreed to, the messages are appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, coaching and program updates, and occasional offers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Our text message provider and the mobile carriers handle your number only to deliver our messages to you.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. The text message boxes on our forms are optional. You can book a call and work with Christine without agreeing to receive texts.

The full SMS terms are in section 7 of our Terms and Conditions at https://smalldailyhabits.com/terms.

6.Email

We send the emails that go with what you asked for, such as a booking confirmation, along with helpful tips and occasional offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Use it at any time and the marketing emails will stop. We may still email you about a call you have booked or a program you are in.

7.Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They handle your information for us, to provide their service to us, and not for their own marketing.

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Our customer relationship system. It runs our contact records, website forms, booking calendar, and email and text message delivery.
  • Google Workspace. Our business email.
  • Zoom. Video calls.
  • Skool. The community platform. When you join, Skool collects and uses your information under its own privacy policy, and it handles your membership payments.
  • Payment providers. If you pay for coaching, your payment is handled by the payment provider shown on your invoice or at checkout. We do not store your full card number.

If a registered dietitian is brought into your coaching, we share only what is needed and only with your agreement.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our legal rights. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, your information may pass to the new owner under this policy. Neither of these changes the SMS promise in section 5.

We do not sell your information, and we do not give it to anyone else for their own marketing.

8.Cookies and analytics

Our website platform uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site and its forms working and to tell us, in general terms, how the site is used. This covers things like pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and the page that sent you to us.

We may use analytics or advertising measurement tools, such as those offered by Google or Meta, to understand how people find us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some features such as the booking calendar may not work as well.

9.How long we keep it

  • Quiz and inquiry contacts. For as long as you stay subscribed, and for a reasonable time afterwards.
  • Client records. For as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back.
  • Payment and tax records. For as long as the law requires.
  • Opt out records. We keep a record that you unsubscribed so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See the next section.

10.Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address we have on file, or tell us enough for us to confirm it is you.

We aim to reply within 30 days. We will do what you ask unless we need to keep a record for legal or tax reasons, and if that is the case we will tell you.

  • Emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP.
  • The community. Manage your account and membership in your Skool settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy laws. We will respect any right that applies to you.

11.Security

We keep your information in established business software that is protected by passwords and other access controls. Access is limited to Christine and to people who help her run the business.

No website, email or text message is completely secure, and we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong. Please do not send highly sensitive documents, such as medical records, by email or text. If there is a problem that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

12.Children

This site and our services are for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

13.Visitors from outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and our service providers store information in the United States. If you use this site from another country, your information will be handled here.

14.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email if we have your address.
